Pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 3bis of Legislative Decree No. 42 of January 22, 2004, as amended, containing the "Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape," the dissemination of images of documents preserved in the institute, acquired by users for study purposes or personal use without profit, is permitted, provided that the images are published without profit.
Users interested in publishing the images are required to send an email notification to the State Archives of Fermo (as-fm@cultura.gov.it), indicating the intent to publish the image, the type of publication, its purpose, the print run or expected number of downloads if the publication is online, and whether there is a cover price, in order to determine the related fee.
The publication must obligatorily cite the source of the documentation and the corresponding archival reference. Finally, at least one copy of the publication, either in print or digital format, must be submitted.
