In implementation of Ministerial Decree 161 of 11 April 2023 , containing the " Guidelines for determining the minimum amounts of fees and charges for the concession of use of goods delivered to state cultural institutes and places ", the following rates will be applied for reproductions carried out directly by the State Archives of Fermo:

REPRODUCTIONS FOR PROFIT
In cases where reproductions of cultural assets and/or the reuse of the related copies are carried out for publications with profit-making purposes, please refer to the Annex to Ministerial Decree 161 of 11 April 2023 .
Publications without a cover price, distributed free of charge, and digital images published on websites for informative and non-profit purposes, in which advertising inserts and/or trademarks appear, are not considered to be for profit.
Requests must be forwarded to the institutional address: as-fm@cultura.gov.it
The State Archives will respond by communicating the costs of the service.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment must be made using the PagoPA digital platform which allows payments to be made to the Public Administration in a standardised manner.
No other payment method other than the PagoPA platform can be accepted by the State Archives of Fermo.

Upon submission of the payment certificate by the user and verification of the payment being made correctly, the digital images can be sent to the applicant via APECargo.
Please note that, in accordance with current legislation, costs for photo reproduction work must be paid in advance.
Reproductions will be carried out in the shortest possible time, compatible with the Institute's workload.
The methods of reproduction will be subject to evaluation by the Head of the study room, based on the size and state of conservation of each individual archival piece.
