ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

It is hereby noted that, following various retirements and transfers that have occurred in recent years, this Directorate has had the need to redefine the new organizational structure in order to carry out the indispensable and essential functions of this State Archive;

Following the review of the personal files of the employees and the Professional Profile Declarations of the II and III areas, signed between the Administration and the Trade Unions (see circular no. 479 dated 20.12.2010 and circular no. 393 dated 04.10.2011), it is specified that assignments equal or comparable to those of the current organizational levels do not require reconfirmation, while new positions are considered assigned as provided in this act.

Each employee is required to perform all instrumental and complementary activities related to their specific professional profile, also using the IT tools provided by the administration, with the levels of knowledge and skills proportional to the complexity of the tasks required in accordance with their professional profile, thus ensuring the smooth operation and impartiality of the administrative action.
