The Institute has a library for on-site consultation only, currently housing over 4,000 volumes listed on the Sebina Bibliomarche Sud OPAC platform.

To book a seat in the reading room for on-site consultation of library volumes:

• register on the Sala Studio (Reading Room) portal as an USP (Utente di Sala studio / Reading Room User);
• click “Crea una nuova richiesta” (Create a new request);
• on the next page, do not select anything from the drop-down menu and click “Avanti” (Next);
• select “Prenotazione consulenza in sede” (On-site consultation booking), choose the reason for the request from the drop-down menu, and enter the details of the desired volume - including its shelf mark/call number if possible - in the message text;
• confirm the request.                                                                                                          

Institute staff will respond by indicating the days when seats are available in the reading room for consultation.

DONATION OF PRINTED VOLUMES

The State Archives of Fermo evaluates requests from private individuals and/or other entities or institutions to donate books - subject to the Director's final decision - and either accepts or rejects the proposal. To submit a donation proposal, please contact the Institute via email at as-fm@cultura.gov.it or by phone at (+39) 0734 228739, and complete Form 5 – Book Donation Proposal.
