The principle of transparency, understood as total accessibility to information concerning the organization and activity of public administrations, was affirmed by Legislative Decree 14 March 2013, n.33. The aim of the law is to promote widespread forms of control over the pursuit of institutional functions and the use of public resources.
In accordance with art. 9 of Legislative Decree 33/2013, this section of the site contains "the data, information and documents published in accordance with current legislation".
