Photocopies made with personal equipment and for non-commercial purposes are free of charge.
The user must complete a form containing a self-declaration (photocopying with personal equipment form), with no fee required for reproductions intended for study or personal use.
For free reproduction of archival material, the use of handheld scanners, stands, tripods, and light sources is not allowed. Reproducing entire collections, series, or significant parts thereof requires authorization from the Directorate.
