In addition to the costs for the digital photocopying of documents held by the State Archives, the issuing of certified and compliant copies pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 26/10/1972, n. 642, containing the Regulations on stamp duty , requires the payment of the relevant stamp duty.
The tax is set at €16.00 for the release of the certificate of conformity and at €16.00 for each protocol sheet, corresponding to 4 digital images in A4 format for 4 sides of a protocol sheet.
Payment can be made by paying using the F24 form , indicating the tax code 1552 .
Following receipt of the payment document, it will be possible to obtain, at the same time as the release of the files, a certificate of conformity of the image copy in digital format of the original analog document, in accordance with the provisions of art. 23-ter, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 7 March 2005, n. 82, containing the Digital Administration Code , and the Guidelines of 18 September 2020 of the Agency for Digital Italy.
